Brynlee's Big First Birthday

We had another birthday this week for Brynlee. She turned one years old!! The last year went by so fast. We have been so blessed to have such a sweet little girl in our family.
She is very loved.
She was spoiled with a huge amount of new toys, books, dolls, clothes, etc. etc. etc.
She understood how to unwrap the presents and thought it was quite fun.
I love watching her when she gets excited.
The theme "our little cupcake has turned one" so we tried to center everything around cupcakes. I wanted to have food for everyone that came but I wasn't sure how to make it coordinate, so we decided to make all the food pink. It was a lot of fun trying to come up with food foods that we could make pink.
This is one of the giant cupcakes. I found this pan at Michaels and was so excited. You cook it in two peices and put it together to make huge cupcake. I loved it!! So easy and way cute. That is a lot of cake for a little girl She wasn't quite sure what to do at first. but she got the hang of it pretty quickly. And then decided it was hilarious to share her treasure with me. We love our sweets! We had to smear a little bit on her face for her because she was way too clean.
bath time in the sink.
This little push car present was one of her favorites. Our sweet tempered little girl became quite fiesty when one of her birthday guest tried to try it out. She knew it was her day to be the boss!!

Oh so cute! I'm getting excited for Avery's first birthday! Brynlee is a little doll! I was totally going to do the big cupcake too, but then I decided against it. I don't know why! I'm going to make her a little lady bug cake. I'm not the most creative but we'll see how it turns out. We sure miss you guys, and love your cute little family!
